Maggie Choo’s is one of Bangkok’s trendiest basement bars & gay party. Old colonial opium den complete with the Pax Britannica of Queen Victoria and scantily clad girls on swings. Sunday Gay Night has been successful and very well know among party-goers from around the world. It’s not only the swinging muscled six packs but also Bangkok’s most fun drag hosts and the young international crowd that causes the long queue every Sunday night. Normally you don’t queue to get in the bar but this is it, best to be here before 9 pm to avoid standing in a long queue.
